Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every US order. We currently ship to the United States only.

• Processing: orders leave our partner fulfilment warehouse within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive 7–14 business days after shipping. The holiday season and customs can add delays – for Christmas gifts, please order by December 1.
• Tracking: we email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
• No surprise fees: if a carrier asks you to pay import duties on delivery, email us the receipt and we'll refund them.
• Lost or late parcels: no tracking update for 10 business days, or not arrived 25 business days after shipping? Email us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
• Address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours if it needs changing.
