Shipping & Delivery

Free standard shipping on every US order. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing: orders leave our partner fulfilment warehouse within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive 7–14 business days after shipping. Holiday season and customs can add delays – for Christmas gifts, please order by December 1.
Tracking: we email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. See Track your order.
No surprise fees: if a carrier asks you to pay import duties on delivery, email us the receipt and we'll refund them.
Lost or late parcels: no tracking update for 10 business days, or not arrived 25 business days after shipping? Email us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.

Damaged or faulty? Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. Full details: Returns & Refunds.
